I'm based in Bournemouth, Dorset and have been a semi-pro photographer for 25 years. I enjoy the challenge of photographing new subjects. Recently I've been doing a variety of people shots and portraits, as my galleries illustrate. But I have experience in shooting all types of subjects including still life, architectural studies, portfolios, animals, landscapes and documentary.

Whatever the subject matter, there are many ways to capture it and I enjoy working in collaboration with my clients to get just the "look" they're after.

The process usually starts with an informal, no-ties consultation to find out what's needed. We can explore some styles and ideas, and if we're happy to proceed, we'll work out possible timings, locations and props etc. People often think that a professional photo shoot has to be complicated and expensive. It doesn't. Simplicity and good planning usually get great results. So I try to keep things relaxed and uncomplicated.

After the shoot, I'll present you with the results and if you're happy, a set of hi-res digital images on CD.

I can also supply high quality handprinted inkjet prints upto A3 in size, colour or mono. (Larger format prints/banners also available, but production will depend upon requirements.)
